The Story
JOEY grew from a single Calgary pasta house opened in 1992 into the Fuller family’s globally minded premium-casual chain, its menu steered around the world by executive chef Chris Mills. The Bell Tower location arrived with the Ice District’s rise and quickly slotted into downtown ritual — the place office towers empty into at five o’clock.
